GOAL
To brand Organic Solutions as the premiere Plant Health Care company in Idaho. There was some confusion as to what they specialized in so they came to Tree Management Systems marketing and advertising department to recreate their brand and to identify their strengths in order to capitalize on them, so that a clear and cohesive message was developed in the minds of not only their existing customers but in new ones they continually obtain.

BACKGROUND
Organic Solutions was established in 1998 to provide plant health care services to residential customers and commercial professionals, and has grown to include pest control and removal services. They are the "high-end" plant health care company in their area and offer a matrix of solutions for residential and commercial customers.

CHALLENGE
Organic Solutions was in serious need of branding, marketing and a fresh logo to reach their target audience and distinguish them from others in the market. The company is unique in its approach, and in this regard requires clear messaging to drive home three key points: local ownership and operation, a commercial focus and a customizable approach. Organic Solutions also had two divisions within their company and needed help combining the two of them cohesively so they still represented themselves professionally. The two divisions are Plant Health Care and Pest Control Services.

SOLUTION
Through a mix of marketing and advertising methods including website creation, direct mail, print collateral, flyers, brochures, and exterior advertising—as well as completely redesigning their logo—Organic Solutions would be branded by illustrating their expertise in their niche of Plant Health Care services and Pest Control by bringing the two companies together under one brand identity. This was the only way they could achive equity in their company by having these messages be consistent on both sides of their business model.

RESULTS
Unique in its goal, and successful in the execution of its business model, Organic Solutions continues to be the fastest Plant Health Care company in the state with full-service offices in other surrounding cities and areas.
