With the click of a button you can export any report to Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher or PowerPoint. With Access you can easily customize your own reports, or change the look of your invoices, work orders, estimates and other forms. Below are some examples of how our software enhances the use of Microsoft Office.
Excel — Export any report to Excel. Analyze the data for your own custom commission reports or create a customer merge file to be used in Publisher or Word
Outlook — Email any report, including proposals, invoices, work orders, phone call reports, etc.
Publisher — Design a newsletter in Publisher, then merge and print your customers names and addresses directly on it. Hint: Use handwriting fonts on customer's names and addresses to give your mailing a personal touch.
Word — Write a targeted business letter in Word and merge it with customers in a specific area of town.
