Disease
Diagnosis and Treatment Urban
trees are highly susceptible to insect infestations and diseases.
As a Certified Arborist, I am trained and skilled in the diagnosis
and proper treatment of pests and diseases. Through my direct
correspondence with Purdue University, I know exactly which
pests and diseases will be a problem before they attack.
Tree Care Services
Plant Health Care is the management
and monitoring of plants on a customer's landscape. It is
a preventative and proactive approach to ensuring a pest-free

Tree Care Treatments
Injection is an effective
and environmentally safe method of treating trees
for insects and disease. Injections are inserted at
the base of the tree. The treatment is then distributed
throughout the tree's entire vascular system.
Unfriendly insects can
devour your bushes and shrubs in a matter of days.
Properly timed applications can prevent the insects
from feeding on the shrubbery and weakening it.
Applied February-May,
this treatment controls insects such as beetles,
mites, aphids, and webworm, before they emerge
by smothering the egg sacks. Common trees that benefit
from this treatment are crabapples, red buds,
dogwoods, locust, and other fruit trees.
Root
feeding is great for improving the overall health
of trees and shrubs (especially chlorotic ones that
are yellowing/browning). A powerful pressure probe
inserted in the ground around the tree's drip line
feeds the tree essential nutrients lacking in many
soils.
